Management of allergies, intolerances, and dietary preferences: When necessary for the proper provision of the service, processing information provided by customers regarding allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or culinary preferences, solely for the purpose of adapting menus and ensuring adequate service delivery and food safety.
